Rehabilitation Management experience including Life Care Planning, Rehabilitation and Vocational Consulting, as
well as an extensive background in Return to Work Evaluations and Programs. Mary also has ample experience
working with individual clients of all ages, injury types (Spinal Cord, TBI, Complex Orthopaedic Injury) and
disabilities, as well as Catastrophic Case Files.

Bonnie Royal is a Registered Nurse and has 30 plus years of experience as Site Administrator, Manager and active Nurse in several health care areas in the rural Community Hospitals and Senior Healthcare Administration.

Sue Hrovat is a registered social worker and rehabilitation professional who has had extensive clinical experience in rehabilitative healthcare, disability management and vocational consulting. Sue is able to deliver services to persons and groups who have experienced trauma, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress and chronic pain. Her strengths include psychosocial assessments, goal identification, individualized service planning, advocacy and coordination of resources within diverse populations and age groups

Tim Sullivan is a registered professional and rehabilitation specialist with 30 years of experience working with serious mental illness and catastrophic injuries. He has expertise in the areas of grief/loss, depression, chronic pain, anxiety and phobic disorders, as well as PTSD. Tim has the ability to work with hard to serve populations, to provide assessment, treatment planning, therapy and advocacy.

LYNNE HARRIS, BA, RSW

Rehabilitation Case Manager / Social Worker

Lynne Harris has 20+ years experience working in community services providing Case Management, Vocational Counselling, Legal Advocacy and Primary Care Social Work. Lynne is a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and a graduate of the University of Western Ontario with an Honours Degree in Psychology. Lynne continues to upgrade her education and training in the above-mentioned areas. Lynne is also a resident of Huron County and has extensive local and rural knowledge of resource and community agencies that can assist on any Rehabilitation Case File.

Marianne Menzies has over 20 years working in the public health system in both the Children’s Aid Society and Huron Perth Family Services and most recently in the public hospital system.  She is primarily focused on child and family welfare and case management in supporting families and children who are experiencing a number of issues including trauma and mental illness.  Marianne has extensive credentials in Adjustment and Supportive Counselling, along with education to families and family members in this area.

Natalie Nowkawalk has over 18 years of professional social work experience and a Masters in Social Work. Natalie is experienced in trauma and post-trauma  work, stress management, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and suicide prevention.  Natalie offers service in both English and French.

Gail Wood–Clark has over 15 years experience as a Vocational Counselor dedicated to providing the highest caliber of service to assist people in designing and implementing work/life plans that are effective, thoughtful and aligned with each individuals unique situation, personal values and the current labour market.  Gail has a B.A. in Social Development, and university level certificates in Social Work and Social Work with Abused Children in addition to specialized training in working with individuals with Disabilities.  She is a Level B assessor and has extensive experience in interpreting assessments.

Recreation/Rehabilitation Therapist

April Zehr is a Registered Recreation Therapist from Georgian College and a Honours Kinesiology graduate from Brock University. April has over 7 years experience working with individuals of varying ages (teens to seniors) and disabilities/challenges (mental health-rehab).  April has also worked both in hospital and community settings in order to provide proper assessments, interventions and documentation focusing on individualized care. April was the recipient of the Sisters of St. Josephs Award in 2015.

Cory Hamilton specializes in developing and implementing rehabilitation and exercise programs for a diverse group of clients and specializes in working with those who have sustained a brain injury and/or complex orthopaedic inuries.  Cory also has his Development 1 OMHA Coaching Certification and is the Head Coach of the Major Bantam, Huron Perth Lakers AAA Hockey Organization

MACIEJ ZABOROWSKI, B.Th (Phil)

Rehabilitation Therapist

Maciej obtained his Bachelor of Theology and Philosophy Degree from San Anselmo University, Italy in 2004.  Maciej provides Rehabilitation Therapy services to youth, teenagers and adults who have sustained an acquired brain injury and/or traumatic orthopaedic injuries.  Maciej works in conjunction with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists and Physiotherapists to incorporate the recommended programming into the client’s daily activities.

Maciej focuses on physical and cognitive rehabilitation, life skills, activities of daily living, recreation and leisure activities, as well as facilitating communication and written goals.  Maciej is also experienced with carpentry and general handyman tasks, computer and smart phone applications etc.

Maciej is fluent in English, Polish and Italian (verbal and written) and has adequate verbal communication skills in German, Russian and Spanish.
